Five Liner- A Humble Prayer Poem by Valsa George

Five Liner- A Humble Prayer

Rating: 5.0

After my death, none my wrongs memorize
In the annals of time, let them freeze
Or fly away with the breeze
From my soul, all stains erase
So that I can sleep with ease!

Yes! Death is part of us; with our journeys on this earth. Nice work.

A wonderful prayer that I think majority of us if not all will ardently wish and hope that through the intervention of God Almighty we will depart in this world without baggage. A unique write brilliantly penned.

When I was a little girl, I used to be fascinated by epitaphs: pure poetry, like the language of the soul! This prayer has the same sublime beauty!
