Home
is what widens between
the two heart- beats
whose decree is to leave
everything outside,
the insides
are never seen
though doorless
sunk as it is in dreams
in the other sunken life.

As always a great piece of poetry! I missed your poetry for very long Sir. The real home is so well defined here. Yes, what's home without loving hearts and happiness...not mere bricks and cement. Bravo Sir

a home is where mind's roof beam, roofed with tranquillity. Excellent imaginative faculties, the poet has!

where real want alone fulfils a hundred desires without any desire on its part, ................i don't understand. and i think you 'want' fulfills, not fulfils. easy mistake! maybe i would add a couple of commas, but i did enjoy the flow and the spirit of the poem. it reminds me of an 'old saying': Home is where the heart is. [i think heart, not hearth] i assume a good heart is meant; there are plenty of bad hearts to make bad or no homes. ; ( to MyPoemList. yes, this was interesting. thanks. bri :)

The beauty of home has splendidly been defined. Sunk as it is in dreams in other sunken life. Marvellous
