Limerick- Writing Limericks Poem by Valsa George

Limerick- Writing Limericks

Rating: 5.0

We become so foolish sometimes
In attempting to write funny rhymes
But they can misfire
Making the readers tire
Won't then dare to repeat such crimes

Hi Valsa, Such a great poem! Yes, when one emotion is exhausted, we do seek out another....Too much comedy does awaken the need for something more dramatic...profound observations, Valsa. A 10.

I find writing humor to be the most difficult write. I can bring you to your knees crying, I can scare the ever-loving stuffing out of you, but can I dependably make you laugh? ? It's a roll of the dice. Great poem about this situation.
