Moonlight Poem by Bill Cantrell

Rating: 4.3

Moonlight, You calm the night
As a mother's lullaby
Fireflies, they come alive,
Only you know why
Majestic orb, you cast your spell,
You slowly dim the light
Lovers walking hand in hand
Nocturnal creatures come to life
With the day all things are clearly seen
Shadows have no place to hide
Enchantment fills your gentle glow,
For mystery comes from your face in the night

Yes mystery comes from the face in the night when day light takes a nap and night life begins to enjoy to its fullest. Beautiful composition with mesmerizing imagery.
