My Dearest Parents
I have no idea, where you both are now,
But wherever you are, in Spirit or Body,
I wish to acknowledge, all that you have bestowed,
Beautiful memories for me, with fond remembrance!
Mom, you showered me with so much of love,
Majestic attitude and style,
Myriad stories of joy and laughter,
Melodious music, which I now sing in your memory!
Dad, you blessed me with thousand books,
Dedication to read and educate, more and more,
Devotion through spiritual texts and deeds,
Dance and sing to enjoy the aesthetic bliss!
My wonderful, dearest Parents,
I bow down before you with much gratitude and love,
Today, the 4th of September, when you took the wows of marriage,
To remain together, faithful and steadfast, till the last day of your lives.
Many, many, thanks dearest Parents,
Your loving daughter,

My father made his transition in 2001, while my mother in 2002, a year later.
68 years have passed by after their marriage, but I remember, every little joyful moment with them. Here is poem in their memory.
