Summer - Poem by samuel webber

Waiting for the waves to arrive
hardly think I can survive

waiting to lie on the sand
with a feeling no-one can understand

waiting for clear blue sky
while munching on pier fries

waiting for heat
no more freaking sleet

waiting for the lazy days
everything else is just a haze

waiting for endless vacation
and to celebrate with the nation
