The great Buddhist monk,
The Zen master from Vietnam,
The Master of Mindfulness,
The wonderful Teacher of meditation,
The epitome of compassion and peace,
There is no ‘death' for you, now or ever!
Great Master! We bow down before you,
Your gentle smile ever embedded in our hearts,
Your profound teachings deeply imbibed by our minds,
Your empathetic nature ever remembered by us,
Your soft voice and words echoing in our ears,
Your legacy of sublime love and peace ever cherished by us!
The Great Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh shall live in the minds of his disciples and followers and all Buddhists, for ever.. Thank you Geeta for this lovely poem, and for the series to follow.
