Would the world still stand firm and strong
Against the force of quake and storm
That threaten to fiercely perform
Their dreadful might that goes along
With the wind of man's fault and wrong?
Would disasters make man's knees bend
To let him know and comprehend
The message that they rightly send
Under the sun that would ascend
As the year is about to end?
Another good ‘pasion' poem. We all wait with bated breath how 2023 will turn out. I hope common sense prevails.
superb poetical form and greatly penned; nice to read the year ending poem at all

So very well said--yet the weathermen on tv ignore the significance of the storms so strong and so strange to visit at seasons they never visited before--we did not take good care of the earth we were given, did we?
Great PASION, the Filipino way! My grandest Applause for you, dear Rev. Bernard Sir

A wonderful poem. With disasters, pandemic and war rocking the world the last three years have been horrific and naturally questions arise how far this world can withstand them.I like your 'Pasion', the traditional short Fillipino poem.
