In Memory Poem by Indira Renganathan

In Memory

Rating: 5.0

I am waiting for December to hug me
But summer sky throws a lightning smile
That's the difference between you and me
You are your way, I am my way

December is cold, it needs warmth
Summer is hot, it needs showers to cool
What's there to despair or dispair
Of brother and sister

God's mischief is a different way
We need to break it.Come along here
To lead like wind steering a tiny cloud
Be aware, you're my brother, I'm your sister

We are two flowers of one mother plant
Celestial souls used to visit earth once
Today you need to come..may be
With our dad and mom to bless me

Tes, December can be very cold but after the 21st the nights slowly get shorter and the days longer.
