Do I Deserve To Live - Poem by Cally A. Nixon

Do I Deserve To Live,
when so many others die...
Do I Deserve To Live,
when all I do is lie.

Do I Deserve To Live,
when my life isn't a life at all...
Do I Deserve To Live,
when all the people say is that I should give the insane asylum a call.

Do I Deserve To Live,
when I don't have a heart in my chest...
Do I Deserve To Live,
when I don't do anything and call it my best.

Do I Deserve To Live,
when I say I did something that I never did...
When I lie, cheat, and steal,
Do I Deserve To Live?
