I Love You - Poem by Samir E...

You know that friends do come and go,
But I’m here for ever cause’ I love you so.

I’ll stand beside you no matter what,
It doesn’t matter if I survive or not.

If you’re in trouble, if you need anything,
Call me anytime, cause’ you’re under my wing.

I will protect you; I will give you my best,
You are the reason my heart beats in my chest.

So many times have I tried to express what I feel,
But my love for you is harder than steel.

Every time I see you it’s like falling in love again,
I lose track of time, who, where and when.

You know, God, he created the sun and the moon,
To give us light from early morning till’ the afternoon.

But I say there is a third light here on earth,
And that I you is my love, who makes my life worth.

You make me forget all my fears an my pain,
And my love for you can’t be put out by the mightiest of rain.
