My Beloved - Poem by sarah sorkin
If only i could tell you how much my heart longs for you.
My love everything will be all right there is no need to fear.
i would tell you everything in my heart if only you were near.
there is a place only for me and you after we die, only if you knew.
hold me in your arms, and let both of us fly.
i know that sometimes life can be confusing but i prmoise someday it will be all clear.
don't get caught up with all the bad things, my love for you is always here.
i would sing you songs and read my poems but then it might make you cry.
i could talk about the furture that comes for you and me.
but you see theres more to life then just you and me.
i never have to sigh.
i never lie.
just hold me by your side.
and let both of us cry.
