On Her Mind - Poem by Elizabeth Neilsen

thursday morning
she sits
on her bed thinking
of him
can't escape her feelings
he's everywhere
can't hide
fills her heart
fill her mind
he's all she has
but he'll never know
she's too selfconcious
to admit the feelings
that surround her
he's everywhere
can't hide
tried everything
nothing left to do
but sit and think
thursday morning
on her bed
get him off her mind
