Time - Poem by Angel Croshier

One second
Is all it takes
2 minutes
The blood is flowing

3 hours
The family waits
4 days
They don't know if she'll make it

5 weeks
They pull the plug
6 months
They've moved on

7 years
They still think of her
8 decades
Little ones hear her story

9 centuries
A stranger learns of the tale

10 forevers
Is she forgotten?
