Travel By Night - Poem by late night boredom lnb

So silent, so still
when everyone sleeps.
Night susurrations
a whisper
of sea.

Dream sailing sailors
drifting the sky
submerged in slumber
till dawn.

On warm pillow barks
I see them float by.
From port Wide Awake
I wave them
