Truth Is - Poem by tushawn white

The truth is I love you
Because I guess I just do
From the bottom of my heart
I still love you
When I sleep; I don’t
For your love were my dreams
On days I could not sleep
And sometimes I bleed
But just can’t stop
For my heart can’t heal
Without your love to fill
One try to pled;
His love for thee
But after three weeks
It was no use for me
For the one I once loved
Now loves and hates herself
Because haters will talk
And only the dum would listen
After her mind tells her believe
The heart don’t agree
Listen to what you feel
Because my love will set you free
