Two Tigers On A Tightrope - Poem by Peter Joseph Hogenson

We're like two tigers on a tightrope
facing off
yet holding out hope
that both survive
and come down, alive

Sans regrets
And with no net,
let's not forget!

Yet we press on
At each other
'Til one or both are down
on the ground
and maybe gone

Two tigers on a tightrope
facing off
yet holding out hope
that both survive
and come down, alive
