A Little Bit - Poem by Andre Leal

A little bit taller;
a little bit smaller;
a little bit stronger;
a little bit longer;
I heard someday;

one little bit;
two little bits more;
Sounds like a little riddle I will press on;

A little bit it takes;
a little bit gives it away;
a little bit cares regardless; if,
a little bit shares with kindness;

four little bits;
eight little bits more;
That kind of rimes should I go on?

A little bit a day will go a long way;
a little bit at a time will be sufficient for some;
a little bit more I give;
a little bit more you will take;

So, how little is a little bit?
How many do we have?
By the time we are finish they will be a lot;
just give a little bit at a time;
just give a little bit if you don’t have much;
Remember this little bit of advice;
A little bit is always better that nothing at all.
