A Poet Never Dies

Rating: 5.0
Of course he dies
Let's not tell lies
But used as a metaphor
It is true therefore

In the beginning of the world
There was a word
The word gave life
And the word poetry alike.

In the end of the earth
We will face death
The poet's work
Will live beyond the word.

Metaphorically
Categorically
A poet nevers die
Though a poet will die

Yes accepting gracefully the truth is one thing and denying it willfully is another.

Deep poem. I love it. A hundred years from here, none of us will still walk on this earth but the positive words we shared with others and love and kindness we gave will be still around to inspire others.
