Black And Blue - Poem by Felicia Nicole Haggard

Black and blue,
Yellow and green,
This never is a good seen.
God didn't creat us to be mean!

Welps and scars,
They don't go far.
They hit, they kick,
They don't care one lick.
If only it wasn't far.

Days turn to weeks.
Weeks turn to months.
No one hears from you,
No one gets near you.

You cry,
You plead.
People yell 'just lie'
But in the end you will just bleed.

Months turn into years,
Years into an eternity!
No one knew,
No one knows,
And no one can feel what you have felt.

Angels look from above.
You cry,
You plead!
You have had enough!
Drops begin to fall.
And you wished you was never born at all!

You go to the promised land.
God always has a plan.
Friends cry,
Friends die.

In the end we are all the same.
We are blue,
We are black.
We are yellow,
We are green.
Well I guess some people really are mean.
In the end you have lived your life!
