Blissful Amiss - Poem by Vinita Sahu
Was the miss worthy amiss?
And the void created a plotted bliss?
Though darkness pitched aftermath,
Provoked in him a deadly wrath,
Reasons were many,
To steal his harmony,
As life's testimonies,
Injected venomous agonies.
The tussle continued life vs him,
Yet he grew stronger by whim,
Whiplash of ordeals,
Sparked wisdom by deal,
Polished his mind and soul,
Adequate to cup the final goal,
Celestial forces thus bitterly mould,
A bedrock tensile enough to hold.
Until golden rays of morn emerge,
Promising to the heart, they surge,
To scourge the anguished purge,
Slain the effigies of taint destiny,
Blow the trumpets of plain victory,
A new beginning was there to dawn,
To embrace the warrior free of daunt,
Galloping triumphantly out of his haunt.
