Days, After You Left - Poem by Noctiluca Scintillans

used to have a friend
a very good one
Understanding, Reliable, Caring, Supportive

used to get along with her quite a lot of times
every time many hours
used to share not only any particular
but all we know
so much close that
used to trust more than own self
get beaten, blamed, suffer
with no hesitation, if it was for her
she was always there for me
and so did I

I just feel blessed enough that
I had such an impeccable human as my friend
through some colorful and
some dull seasons of my life
was really satisfied
so happy
the road we were walking
did reunite after short while of departure
she sometimes sure did leave me
also used to promise to getting back to me
It must have been preplanned
Else, how can that be always
she already beside me?
when I felt, I needed her
life with society, was never so quarantined like
good mood I got having her
was saved for other people too

am really disgruntled
with whatever is going on now
she hardly talks with me
cause she mostly is busy and
pleased with other people
and I just stand trying to be moody
looking at her smile
which had been working till now

the extent of being away from you
is being wider and wider exponentially
along which am starting to feel completely alone
shivering in the winter morning
walking in the scorching heat of summer
with nobody by my side
cause you are no more in sight
and many years have passed after
the day you promised you would return

today am in dire need of you
but you aren’t here
gonna need to get on field with bruised and painful heart
since the gem like patience
slipped rubbing and causing fire in the whole compartment of here
tired of waiting for you to comeback
my friend dear
please nod that you was thinking of coming back
to make me
