Every Tree That Stands Poem by james watkin

Every Tree That Stands

Rating: 5.0

Every tree that's known
A city park in
Must stand like a collosus!
Must, more marked, bear down on us
A smaller feeling.

Whose bark-girded ranks
Unbored, unbroke
Must, in warding, vale's shades cast.
Must, from out each man-pant grassed
Lamb's bleating provoke.
