Here's To You - Poem by Jermaine Carter

you gave the heart and tears
the cloud days and rain falls
at times you seem so clear
thinking of other things is all
you are a friend at times
helping and mending others
who's heart is out of tune
a little space and a warm embrace
a smile that can ease the wost pain
the beauty of a person so dear
and as gentle as a young child tear
here's to you dina baer
who is pricless
to those who care
