Hiden Love - Poem by Cristina Frankel
In a kind of world where light is gray
Sometimes we get lost and loose our way
Like we're in rooms with no windows or doors
we're blind in seeing what life really stores
When we are young, our mind roaming free
Our eyes are wide open and we can see
But we get older, clearness fades away
We search for ourselves day by day
Have you ever wondered, what if you slowed down
and tried to keep those feet on the ground?
Would you be able to truly find
Something that's burried deep in your mind?
It is the thought that many have had
For some it is good, for others it's bad
It is the feeling that the world calls true love
It's light as air and beautiful as a dove
It soars through the skies and into our hearts
Pricking each lover like one of cupids darts.
Not one feeling can be as true
Not for me, and not for you
Even the blind will forever see
this special feeling is always ment to be.
