I Can'T Sleep - Poem by Tim Sully
I can’t sleep
‘Cos all the sheep
That help me doze
Have gone on strike
They’ve all flocked off
They’ve up and left
And now I’m bereft
Of the rest I need
To stop me feeling
So woolly in the morning
Though I fully sympathise
As they’re sick and tired
Of jumping gates
Of being fleeced
Branded and buggered
And generally treated
Like Human beings.
