I Do Not Want - Poem by Gordon Jerome

I do not want pickeled eggs with beer
I do not want them do you hear
I do not want one from that jar
I do not want one from this bar
I do not want one with my beer
I do not want one while I am here
I do not want one served with cheese
I do not want one if you please
I do not want one sliced on ham
I do not want one fried with spam
They are not good with any drink
They are not good at all I think
Okay I'll try one with this beer
I'll try just one while I am here
Your right there pickled just to please
could you pass me down the limburger cheese.
'closing thought'
I have often wondered while I stare
just how long have they remained in there
