I Love Thee - Poem by deepika sharma

close your eyes and
then, you may see
how tenderly and gently
i love thee

make a wish
to see the heavens
and then you may feel
how heavenly and godly
i love thee

stretch those arms
and embrace the sky
then you may realise how warmly
i love thee

see those love birds
onthat tree
the tree of gold, the golden tree
then you may see
how treasurely and pleasurely
i love thee

the stretching sky and the reaching
the passionate sun and the gleaming sea
env y
my love for thee

the moon goes orange and the night goes blind
and neither the bloody sun refuses to shine
all the natures beauty
seem to me
when i think of thee

see your vision and read your soul
there you will read
how tenderly i love thee
how gently you love me

(this is a poem for some one i love)
