My Tylenol - Poem by Misty Jepson

It sinks in your skin
slowly and then fast
it hurts for a second
but the feelin doesn't last

It's like a slice of heaven
that soothes a broken heart
it puts back the pieces
that used to be apart

And as my heart was breaking
every other day
I decided I can't take the pain
and took my life away

I sat there with a bullet
a gun in my other hand
and finally decided that this would be the end

The end to my heartache
the end to my pain
because I knew that in my life
there was no more to gain

So I pulled the trigger
and put an end to it all
Now there is no more feelings
and no more space to fall
