Out Of Love - Poem by Chaitanya Dorwat
I had never thought this day would come,
when no longer am I lost in my dreams,
no longer does the sky search my gaze,
no longer do I sing with the streams.
The world now wants more of me,
Of my thoughts Or I force it be?
being my side I hum silence;
as you were every song I'd sing.
It was never your fault; you never changed;
It was just me blinded by some veils,
admired a canvas; with open eyes which was clean,
my heart beguiled, convicted; and no one is to blame.
Soon will I dream again,
but will they wake me with a smile?
never mind the change in me;
maybe I'd have changed my mind.
