Painful, Goodbye - Poem by Jesse Hobbs

Completely complete with your love you gave
And helps me forget my past you saved
But the scar in my heart you left behind
Kills my feeling and blinded mind
And all those times I cried alone
I just sit and slit my own.
But the dark side leads me
To realize that there’s no turning back
I haven’t slept in 2 weeks
My mind is so tired and weak
I don’t know what to think
Coz I get pain as I blink
I couldn’t imagine what happened
It has made me saddened
Can anyone heal a broken heart?
Born for destruction from the start
Work of art starts to fall apart
Becomes another statistic on the chart

If only this night you hear my heart shouting
Shouts your name that makes my heart beating
I only wish you could realize
That you broke my heart with your ******** lies
I was hurt when I saw you with another guy
But all I have to do is to accept your painful “goodbye”
I’m deaf with silence
I’m blinded by the light
I treated you the best in my defense
But I love you, it don’t make no sense
Those feelings from you
Stops me from breathing
Love you forever, with you its treason
Emptiness I could ever find
Void, empty, hollow inside
My dreams have fled, my hopes have died
Existence has no reason
Life's just passing with each season
To love you like no one else can do
To forget is really hard to do
But I know you already know
How much I love you
I want to treat you the best
I will protect like a bullet proof vest, hold your breath
Because I want this moment to last
Just give me a chance
I want to prove that I’m your man
not afraid I will stand
I’m telling you it was love at first sight
Don’t push me away hold me tight
Always will, cant deny it
Love you for life don’t defy it
Listen to my soul
its shouting out without you
Its like a black hole
