Renewal - Poem by david polk

Sweet passing sleep. Take me,
take me to thy silent death
to expire and lose all sense
and regain myself
within a blanket of shadless night
with memberance of thoughts
and images that might
profess leasson to thy captive still
curving my furor to thy ambitious will
