Seven Pounds! - Poem by Theresa Brinson

Oh no, An extra seven pounds!
like globs of butter
on my belly, hips, Everywhere!

Write down everything you eat
increase activity
blah blah blah

I wish the way to lose weight was....
Drink more beer and wine
increase desserts consumed
keep track of nothing
and instead of fat cells you see..

While in hospital you gain allt more than seven pounds, 'Of well' in the last line i assume 'Oh well' was the intention. (Report) Reply
