Tears Of Rain She Gives - Poem by Donald R Wolff JR

Drops of rain falling down, always falling
It rains somewhere, in places far an near
Those that sleep will drown in tears thereunder
May the light reach them before the water

Wake now
Leander not less a number lay to waste
Haste be sown to set a place not left asunder
Without exception, each day will come and never wait
Break ground young children before the thunder

What remains belongs to all
The spoils of the weak, that feeds the hunger
Never in nature is left unused
All are fed, from deep down under

She is the land and oceans deep
Her offspring a beautiful sight
Since ages gone by, her love she weeps
Tears of rain she gives, for life
