That Day - Poem by Briana McLain

as the day went by
i hoped i would die
to see her smile
if only for a while
she lives to follow
her mind is hollow
but liner there
i know its unfair
her helpless fate
she knows she is bate
the boy who lied
the girl that died
it just comes to show
how much you know
