You And Me - Poem by Carolyn Sum

You and me,
Don’t disagree,
We are great,
Don’t make this a debate.
You and me,
Are the best that can be.
Our dreams,
It seems,
Has falling,
And I’m still calling.
You and me,
Are to believe,
We are apart,
How do you question my heart?
It hurts to remember,
That September.
We are not you and me,
Do you agree?
I thought we were forever,
But it turns out to be never.
Have you thought about me?
I have you and you better be.
I love you,
But do you love me?
I can’t see,
That you,
I care,
You spare.
I feel,
You heal.
Are we?
You and me.
If so I believe,
That we are,
You and me.
