Comments about Shahroze Zafar
that one wretched day,
all hell broke loose
because of our mistakes.
The sky wept tears of blood.
the ground bled itself out.
Blood puddles marked the ruins of the carnage.
The very soul of the world shuddered.
Tsunamis. Tornadoes. Earthquakes.
All tried to wipe away the stain
but blood is hard to clean away.
The Earth tried to shake away the torn bits of humanity that mocked the very word, humane,
but they were stuck by their own blood,
building fell but the bits didn't,
a whole country nearly crumbled.
