An Affectionate Shade - Poem by Seema Chowdhury

Friends are the flowers
In the garden of life
Without whom it is
Very hard to survive
For friends are the tree
Who spread their shade
And provide you with their
Affectionate and loving aid
And they're the ones
Who care for you
And show it all
In ways that're true.
