An Evening With Nature - Poem by aishwarya shrivastav

today was another tiring, boring, hot and mournful summer evening,
the sun rays were like the hottest geysers, all were tired
Suddenly a gentle cool breeze kissed me, it was refreshing,
i walked on the path covered by brown leaves,
and surrounded by beautiful colours-reds merry, yellow bright, white holy, blue cool, green fresh,

there i saw a group of robins sitting on a branch chirping together,
as if giving a message to be in peace and unity,
there was today some melody in air,
which was rare,
sun began to set in the mountains,
moon arose scattering its light,
stars also came to twinkle with all its might,

i realised the time to go,
but didnot wanted
flowers shook their bonnets back
as if biding me goodbye,

parting with the nature filled my soul with freshness! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
