Be What You Can Be - Poem by Ofelia Rodeles

Be the light in the dark
And the water that flows in the river of life
Be the friend that you are
Be yourself, be kind.

Be the sun in the morning
And the moon in the night
Be the brightest star in the sky
Be a ray of hope, be kind.

Be the heart that loves most
And the soul that cares first
Be the spirit that runs free
Do good, be kind.

I like this poem very much. Be what you are, for this is what God had wantesd you to be. Keep writing and sharing the woner of your heart for I can see that you have the soul of a poet and the heart of a gentle pen that knows how to paint great emotions into lovely poetry. thanks for sharing,

    love lots,
