Grace Galeon

Buds - Poem by Grace Galeon

And for a moment on cloud nine I'm floating
With a mellifluous melody constantly playing
My oxytocins tells me this is a new feeling
Didn't knew it would be this electrifying

Butterflies in my stomach that's what I felt
Every time I read the poems you made
Like a warm breeze that made my heart melt
But I'm afraid my feelings would be swayed

Its better to hold my tongue and say nothing
Than to utter words that are enticing
Cuz at some point I'm immensely confusing
And prolly do things that are annihilating
