* Cardiac Stormtrooper

Rating: 3.6
I could smell it.
The heavy, ominously sweet scent
Of the impending deluge
Of passion.
Earth shattering rumbles
Of thunderous emotion.
Punctuated by
Unstoppable fiery streaks
Of desire.
Then it came.
The relentless
Solid, steady downpour
Of knowing.
Really knowing.

Definitely a ton here. What I'd give to hear you recite this with that wonderful way you express things and that voice that commands you to listen. The poem is brilliant. If I hang around long enough I might learn something. Top marks and thanks for sharing it. David
