Dragon's Heart - Poem by Thomas Carter

I'll keep my heart and stay away
I'll save my words for another day
when the day doesn't shine so bright
and when my words sound a bit right
I'll tell you the shadow of my soul
since you made it, you could fix the hole
till then I'll keep it wide open

It's a smile, but a bit more complicated
you'll see in a while, I hope you hate it
when you walked around I just watched
watched in pain holding onto my dragon's heart.
