Dreaming Of You 3 - Poem by Michael P. McParland

Dreaming of you my darling one.
Seeing your smile and sparkling eyes,
feeling your arms wrapped around me
and it feels warm and comforting like being at home.
I'm dreaming of you and the things
I want to share with only you.

Dreaming of you and how on these nights
I can't sleep I wish you were here sittig
or laying down next to me holding my hand
snuggled into my side while you relax and dose off.
I'm dreaming of you and how beautiful
life will be to share with you.

I'm dreaming of kissing you as we just lay in bed,
snuggling and cuddling hiding my face in
your shoulder to block out the world and chase
the numerous fears and frights away from the night.
It may not make sense now but it will when
we talk and I can reveal everything in my soul.
I'm dreaming of squeezeing into you tight
for peace and comfort I've needed so long.

I'm dreaming of cuddling and holding you,
protecting and healing your aching heart
which needs deep solace and peace too.
For you to cry on my shoulder and bury your
face in my chest while you release all there is,
then I'll dry your eyes and tell you I love
you sweet Kira everything is alright because
I'll never leave you and I'm here to help you.
I'm dreaming of cuddling you making things all better.

I'm dreaming of us and how I need you so soon,
to start our lives together I have so much I
want and need to share with you.
Come hold my hand and let's trust each other.
I'm dreaming of the days all comes together.
I love you so much and I always will,
I'm yours for eternity no other will do.
