Environment 4 - The Deer Park Environment - Poem by Dr. Geeta Radhakrishna Menon
A park is a place that thrills,
An environment that delights,
A place that springs surprises,
An atmosphere that rejuvenates.
As I walk and walk through the Deer park,
An exotic place with many tall, tall trees,
An area full of pretty, pretty flowers,
A place to relax, enjoy and bask.
Fine thoughts enter my mind,
Frilled with, silky, lacy, of romantic kind,
Fantastic creation of God's benign hand,
Fills my heart with a joyous pound.
Environment creates joyful revelation,
Enabling the body-mind's surreal resurgence,
Elevating the mind to a higher goal of introspection,
Engrossed I am now in nature's surveillance.
