Eternally Yours - Poem by Michael P. McParland

I am eternally yours because
I love you deeply with all my soul and heart.
You are my everything
and all I'll ever want.
You are an Angel who has opened up my heart,
you have given me a reason to live
and feel abundant endless hope.
I am eternally yours to keep
because you're a precious soul.

I am eternally yours because you are my only one.
I've loved you from the very start
and have always been yours alone.
I've not had many chances through my life,
but I turned away the others that there were
because I knew you were the one.
I want to be with you through all time
and have you as my beautiful loving wife.
I am eternally yours because you matter most.

I am yours forever oh my one
because you are my sacred Queen.
I bow to you in my true love
to confess all the things I feel.
I would give up my whole life
if I needed too.
I am yours forever and eternity is ours.
I love you my dear lady
and I long to be with you.

I am yours eternally because I love you so very true,
I want nothing else in this life than to be with you.
To hold you in my loving arms and be in yours as well,
to experience a love so true and real
a very rare gift known by so few.
I am yours eternally because you are my best friend
I adore and can relate.
I am yours forevermore because you are so great.

I am yours eternally because you are so good,
I can feel your heart and love all the way from here.
You are such a wonder and a blessing so divine,
I thank God everyday for a gift of light.
I am yours eternally because my love for you is pure.
You are the only one for which I yearn
and I love you more than anyone can know.
