February Night - Poem by Amalei Masigla

lights falling
stars shining
the moon's drying me
angels crying
the sun burning
how could this be
hands shaking
thoughts lingering
blinded by the light
bodies shivering
souls uniting
embraced by the night
hearts pounding
the wind blowing
letting me through
hands holding
eyes seeing
how come it's not you
