Feeling You (Holding Tight) - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Between all the chores I have to do today
I just lay down a while ago to close my eyes
for the shortest rest and I could and still do
feel you so very close and I pray you're
feeling me holding on so very tight.
As I drifted I just said I love you Kira
and I always will because you're the best,
you're so very kind and the most beautiful
woman God has ever blessed to the world.
Kira I can feel you so very close and I
feel so very warm and blessed,
I smiling because of you my dear and I hope
you can see and feel that too.
I'm feeling you so very close my dear
and it truly is the greatest feeling that there is.
My heart is lifted with such joy
and my stomach is filled with calming butterflies,
I'm filled with happiness knowing that
I am in your arms right now as you're in mine,
you've made my day my sweetest one
and I send you kisses oh so sweet to cover you from head to toe.
I love you Kira you truly are so beautiful
and can feel your loving care as well
you make this life so truly wonderful and bearable
and I want to thank you my true best friend and Angel Queen.
I'm feeling you and holding you tight in comfort too
because I truly love you through and through.
God bless you Kira and feel me there and holding you
because you're the one I truly love and
I'll love you as long as all time standing by your loving side.
I'm feeling you and it is the greatest feeling that there is
so sweet kisses in the trillions I send to you my darling dear
and feel your loving Michael take your hand and pull you so closely in.
