Find Your Diamonds! - Poem by Slava Olchevski

When you see a pearl in a pile of dung
Or a diamond in a rough
Their value is lower than if they were
On display at Tiffany & Co

Despite the beauty, despite the size,
Despite the natural quality
These gems are never treated the same
By higher gemstone authority

When washed and cleaned and put on display
The gems will take your breath away
What truly sucks, when paid top bucks
The dough goes to middleman...

A well penned poem, love is like a diamond, it sparkles so much making you so blind. but when it is lost. you do not know if it lost its beauty or cracked, when you truly know it was the best you ever had...Love and Peace, Romeo (Report) Reply
