Forget - Poem by Evie smith

Trailing behind, wishing it away
I want to go back
Would like to change this
See how things were

Its been so long i've forgotten
And i don't want to forget!
I want you to want me
Like you did
I want your attention
your focus
your jelousy
But most of all your love
You never said but you never denied
So please come and see me
At least for a while
Release my memories
Dont let me forget

Nice poem. It's so hard loving when it's not reciprocated. Take care, Sincerely, Mary (Report) Reply
